Players have been used to grind for hours
Since I’ve lost interest in MMOs, it has been years, but I’ve been waiting for a new MMO that has grabbed my attention with Astellia Online Asper. I believe that I have been caught by a bit of nostalgia in the days in which I played in Aion, just because the urge to throw a watch on the East has been reborn in me. And it is for this reason that I wished to test Astellia Online during the beta that is closed.
Unlike other closed beta, however, that of Astellia Online can be regarded as a step farther, in reality the game has already been found in Asia and is devoid of all the bugs generally present in the closed beta. So the test was completed to test all of the gaming systems, and that’s exactly what we’re going to see.
I instantly perceived all the attempts which were designed to adapt the game to the industry. In reality, bringing a game from Asia to the West doesn’t consist just of translating the lyrics and hiring celebrities that loop the characters with all the English voice and this in itself is quite complex.
The language barrier is certainly especially because contemporary MMOs really comprise quests and many dialogues that must be translated. However Astellia Online seems to be oriented to dialogues that are vocal so this process was easier.
With inform you phrases that are distinct and will speak with you. NPCs that offer quests often start by saying something. Your first”celebrity” will probably be Rota, who will get drunk on chatter.
From what I have seen, it appears that the work was done. Actually, Astellia Online offers a voice conversation system in the first parts of the game, and I believe that the porting of the part is almost complete.
The gameplay involves a lot of grind, but for me it wasn’t a problem. In korea, players have been used to grind for hours and hours, which is typical of MMOs to buy Astellia Online Asper. I think PvP is more interesting, but unfortunately I have not had the chance to test it yet. This is not to say there aren’t any facets of the sport that I like. Like I said before, I really enjoyed both the art fashions as well as the Astellia dialog system.Another thing I really like is the”celebrity”. It’s really an unique and intriguing mechanic, although I am not sure it is enough to get the game to the mainstream. The stars I unlocked during the beta made me have a lot of fun. Their sentences and verses made me laugh a few times while I was playing, I must be honest.
