I have this odd relationship with OSRS
Like a lot of you, I have played OSRS gold MMO you can think of. I always get hooked with every MMO I try it sounds. But at about the 1 month mark I get burned out and instantly quit from nowhere and find myself back into this sub seeking to discover the next big thing to try. I am starting to come to terms that there’s not any MMO that will take me and keep me there like osrs. If you are missing and constantly looking for an actual game which can keep you for years afterward try out osrs.
I know a lot of individuals are turned off by the graphics but after a week or so of enjoying it’ll click and you will notice that it’s actually an wonderful art style that will never change no matter what season it is. I’ve learned long ago graphics do not make a good game. It’s the material and gd does osrs have it. Have an open mind, try it out and understand that you are likely to be mistaken for a couple weeks. When you get the hang of how everything works it will become jumanji. A sport you’ll never fully leave.
I have this odd relationship with OSRS. It is incredibly nostalgic for me, and as the others have expressed, I absolutely love the art style and songs. However, as a predominately casual player these days it just feels hard to be applicable at all–“maintaining” is of course out of the question. The last go around I felt an itch and went back into it I only remember getting sad when I ran the numbers for long doing xyz job would take me, and the number of times my helpless casual buttocks would take to buy old school rs gold accomplish it. Even dedicating 100% of my gaming time (that I am more and more reluctant to do as I get older) daily so many things just appear out of reach.
