International company seeks full-time receptionist for office in Seville, Spain. Candidate must be fluent in Romanian, Spanish and English. Must have valid residence and work permit for Spain, have experience using Microsoft Office and experience wokring in an office. Responsibilities include office management, answering the phone and e-mails, receiving clients and preparing conference room for business meetings, sorting and distributing mail, filing, organising business travel, preparing presentations in Power Point and Excel, and other relevant tasks.
