Hello,
My name is Mike Gregoire and I run blocSonic.com, a site devoted to finding the best free net music that releases free online monthly Creative Commons licensed compilations with complete art and a booklet. I've chosen the Kolokon track 'Global Circus' to be featured on an upcoming release. I'm formally requesting permission to include it.
With each compilation, there's a complete booklet in PDF form with track information and an essay.
To use the track I would need the following information/assets from you and/or the artist:

Performed by (individual musicians and instrumentation)

Short artist bio
Hi-resolution cover of the album which the track was released on
A copy of the track in .wav format so that all tracks' levels can be adjusted and encoded together.
